Diana Stiles
President
Diana is the 911 Director for the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office. Diana has been involved in public safety for over 23 years and has held the offices Vice-President, Secretary, and Region 3 Director of ILNENA. Diana is on the Illinois Public Safety Telecommunications Association (IPSTA), which handles the yearly State of IL 9-1-1 conference as well as numerous other INENA and Statewide 9-1-1 affiliated committees.

John Ferraro
Vice President
John Ferraro is the Executive Director of Northwest Central Dispatch System in Arlington Heights, Illinois. He has been involved with public safety since 1993. He is a NENA Instructor and a member of the NENA Education Advisory Board. In Illinois, John sits on the Joint APCO/NENA Legislative Committee, and is currently the INENA Vice-President.
Stephanie Kroll
Secretary
Stephanie is an Emergency Communications Supervisor at the Naperville Police Department. Stephanie has been in Public Safety for 7 years. This is Stephanie’s second term as the Secretary for INENA. Stephanie is also on the training and education committee for INENA, the Co-Chair of the Leadership and awards committee, and the Co-Chair of the DASH (Dispatcher and Associates Social Hour) committee.

Nate Krause
Treasurer
Nate is the Training Operations Manager at Northwest Central Dispatch System in Arlington Heights. He has been in the 911 industry for 18 years, and in addition to Treasurer is also a member of the Illinois NENA Training and Education and Wellness and Peer Support committees.

Shelley is the 911 Director for Lee County located in Dixon, IL. Shelley has been involved in public safety for over 26 years and has held the offices President, Secretary and Treasurer of ILNENA. Shelley sits on the Joint INENA/IL APCO legislative committee, the Illinois Public Safety Telecommunications Association (IPSTA), which handles the yearly State of IL 9-1-1 conference as well as numerous other INENA and Statewide 9-1-1 affiliated committees.
