Legislative Update 05/19/20: SB1530, House Amendment 1 was filed which extends the Emergency Telephone System Act until December 31, 2021. This amendment extends numerous acts – the ETSA sections start at the bottom of page three. Please note, this amendment only extends various repeal dates in ETSA, it does not make any substantive or procedural changes to ETSA.
